Spicy, sweet, and quick enough to make in about 30 min. Make it as spicy as you like. I like to serve it with a baked potato, chopped green onions, and some roasted garlic broccoli. It's cheap, highlights some pantry staples you probably already have, and adding roasted garlic is such an easy but guaranteed way to elevate the meal.

What You'll Need :
For the Chicken:
3 chicken breasts (halved lengthwise)
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
3-4 TB Slap Ya Mama spice blend
1 Head of Garlic (top cut off, still in the papery layer)
Olive oil
For the Hot Honey:
4 TB salted butter
1/2 cup hot sauce of choice
3 TB Honey
Roasted Garlic Bulbs (As many as you like, I half and u saved the other half for my veggies.)
How To Make it:
*set your oven to 375° F
Drizzle some olive oil (about 2 TB) into a skillet and let come up to heat.
Set up a dredge station for your chicken. In one bowl, crack your eggs and whisk together.
In another bowl, combine the flour, 'Slap Ya Mama' spice mix, and mix.
Dip your halved chicken breast into the egg mix first, shake off the excess. Dip into the flour and shake/ toss until its fully coated.
Place into your hot skillet and sear on each side for 3 minutes. We are looking to form a crispy crust before we bake it for the remainder of the cook time. Set onto a cookie sheet after each is seared, to place in oven.
While your chicken is searing, trim off the top of your garlic head. Drizzle some olive oil over the top, wrap it in tinfoil and place directly into the oven to roast with the chicken.
Bake both for 20 minutes. (Chicken internal temp should be 165°F)
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients to make hot honey. For the roasted garlic, squeeze a few cloves into the hot honey and roughly mix it in with a fork. The
texture should be buttery.
Top chicken while hot with hot honey and chopped green onions. Eat and enjoy. :)
