A perfect pairing to a quick charcuterie board, or just snacks with friends. It comes together so quickly and if you have sourdough discard you don't like wasting, this is a great way to use it. Pair it with a cold beer and some fruit and thats basically girl-dinner.

What You'll Need:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
70 grams sourdough discard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tb melted butter
2 tb everything bagel seasoning

Let's Make It:
In a food processor, add your flour, salt, sourdough discard and everything bagel seasoning.
Pulse 2-3 times to incorporate ingredients.
Add cheese and pulse, slowly add your melted butter while your dough is pulsing. Your food processor should have a removable insert so you can add your melted butter directly.
Transfer your dough to a floured surface and work it into a rough ball shape. Wrap your dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Roll out your dough into a 12x16 ish rectangle.
Slice into rough strips and cut into desired cracker size. Press fork around the edges "crimping" like a pie crust.
Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes. Crackers should be golden/ not too pale. Let cool and then transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
