  • 1 tsp salt

  • 70 grams sourdough discard

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 tb melted butter

  • 2 tb everything bagel seasoning

Let's Make It:

  1. In a food processor, add your flour, salt, sourdough discard and everything bagel seasoning.

  2. Pulse 2-3 times to incorporate ingredients.

  1. Add cheese and pulse, slowly add your melted butter while your dough is pulsing. Your food processor should have a removable insert so you can add your melted butter directly.

  2. Transfer your dough to a floured surface and work it into a rough ball shape. Wrap your dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

  3. Roll out your dough into a 12x16 ish rectangle.
